This is by far the most effective workout I have ever done for back pain, foot pain and overall stiffness. My mobility has definitely increased, my energy is way up and I have not had back pain for a solid week. In fact, I was also able to sit through a 4 hour opera yesterday in New York with no discomfort whatsoever. (Nor did I have any discomfort climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to my seat.)
